Senior Software Engineer
Juxtaposition Records is the operating name of a legal services firm specializing in asbestos claims. I joined as the primary and effectively sole engineer, inheriting a system with no established engineering practices.
I introduced Agile methodology and a Gitflow branching strategy, automated legal claim submission workflows for a 20x improvement in processing throughput, and ported the firm's legacy WordPress sites to Statamic with full content mapping and zero-downtime cutover. I also led the migration from Airtable to Zoho, redesigned internal workflows, trained staff, built and maintain data pipelines in Laravel, and mentor junior engineers. I use Figma for UX prototyping to get non-technical stakeholder buy-in before building.
