Card Kingdom buys and sells Magic: The Gathering cards online and is one of North America's largest MTG retailers. I spent five years on the engineering team working across the full stack on e-commerce, administration, fraud prevention, and infrastructure.

I implemented the fraud detection solution that cut credit card losses by more than $100,000 per year, brought the legacy payment codebase into PCI compliance ahead of an audit, and refactored monolithic admin and e-commerce apps into containerizable services. I also redesigned the admin UX around specific job roles, shipped customer-facing e-commerce features, and reduced infrastructure costs through tooling and resource optimization. High-volume e-commerce with real uptime expectations.
