I just bought an 86 E350 with the diesel, but the underside of my doors are pretty rusted, so I’m coating them with used motor oil to slow it down. I was wondering where you got your fender flares from? I’ve been looking all over and I have to chop a few inches to removes some rust, and want to fill the space with flares. I also am feeling overwhelmed and haven’t tackled anything this crazy before, plus I just got a wildlife job in NYC, so the fate of the van is in question currently. ANYWAYS… Those flares are exactly what I’m looking for!

I have had 2 Ford mini-vans in a row and it has been nothing but money,money,fix,fix. I’ve had enough; there is not another Ford in my future. Maybe being a commercial vehicle and less loaded with do-dads it will be more reliable, but I’ll tell you, it wouldn’t have been my first choice.
